BRIEF

A hybrid space between an archive and a bar. 

It needs to:

 

- Become a space where the BKD archive material can be both stored and displayed. It is envisaged that material displayed would be rotated on a regular basis.

 

- Provide storage solutions for the material that allow it to be easily ordered and catalogued. This should also allow for the archive material to be easily ‘pulled’ for use by appropriate groups. 

 

- Be used by students and staff from all departments of KSA –the work of BKD was influenced by a multidisciplinary approach

 

- Students and staff should be able to use this space to share ideas across courses.
